INDOOR VENDORS -Indoor vendors may bring a table up to 6 feet in length. Vendors must provide their own tables, displays, and any additional items required for the sale of their items. The Vintage Cauldron will NOT provide tables, tablecloths, decor, set up materials, etc. Any tables, display items, or fixtures that exceed the 6 foot allotment will not be allowed. -Vendors consent to not block any resident or 1-day vendors' items while inside The Vintage Cauldron during the market. -The indoor space fee is $30. This must be paid upon acceptance of your vendor application either in person within shop hours, or via online invoice. If you choose to pay in person, you must notify The Vintage Cauldron upon your return email. Fees must be paid within 72 hours of acceptance. No space is guaranteed without payment in full. Indoor space fees are NONREFUNDABLE. This event is rain or shine. OUTDOOR VENDORS -Outdoor vendors may bring a pop-up tent up to 10'x10'. Vendors must provide their own tents, tables, displays, and any additional items required for the sale of their items. The Vintage Cauldron will NOT provide tents, tables, tablecloths, decor, set up materials, etc. Any display items or fixtures should not exceed the 10'x10' allotment. This event is rain or shine, in the event of inclement weather, vendors may want to opt for pop-up tents with walls. -The Vintage Cauldron will not be able to provide electricity for outdoor vendors, but Wi-Fi is free and easily accessible. -The outdoor space fee is $45. This must be paid upon acceptance of your vendor application either in person within shop hours, or via online invoice. If you choose to pay in person, you must notify The Vintage Cauldron upon your return email. Fees must be paid within 72 hours of acceptance. No space is guaranteed without payment in full. Outdoor space fees are NONREFUNDABLE. This event is rain or shine. GENERAL VENDOR INFORMATION -The Vintage Cauldron does NOT tolerate disrespectful behavior to our staff, customers, or any other persons within the shop. Should any vendor become unruly, unkind, or generally unpleasant we reserve the right to terminate our working agreement at any time. -Temporary vendors may not slander/speak unkindly on any similar items sold by resident OR 1-day vendors within The Vintage Cauldron. -In the spirit of fairness to our resident vendors, The Vintage Cauldron may not accept items that are too similar to other items in the shop. We reserve the right to determine final say on items allowed in for sale by 1-day vendors. -Vendors are all required to provide their own payment services. The Vintage Cauldron cannot make change the day of the market or accept payments for any items that are not sold through The Vintage Cauldron. -Vendor set up is 1.5 hours prior to event start time. Vendors should be set up and ready to sell NO LATER THAN THE START TIME OF THE EVENT. Vendors who are unable to finish set up prior to event opening may not be allowed back for future markets. -Vendors must provide their own insurance and any permits or licensing they may need. Vendors are required to follow all labeling required by law for their products. The Vintage Cauldron is not responsible for ensuring vendors appropriately label their items or have the proper legal protections in place. We HIGHLY recommend that vendors are registered as LLCs or other business entities, but it is not required. Vendors assume and accept all liability related to insurance, product labels, stolen or broken merchandise, etc. The Vintage Cauldron will not be held responsible In the event of legal action due to the malfunction or improper labeling of the vendor's items. (CPSC and the FDA have specific labeling requirements for cosmetic items such as soaps, lotions, etc, and it is the seller's duty to know and implement these requirements.) -Vendors understand that while this is a market open to the public, tattooing will also be occurring at this event. As such, we do not allow vendors to bring children (anyone under 18) with them to this event. In the event a 1-day vendor arrives with a child, the child(ren) will be asked to leave. This is an insurance liability issue, and we ask of the same of customers who cannot maintain constant supervision of their children while shopping. In addition to liability, we also sell some items and pieces of art that are not appropriate for minors. These may include but are not limited to partial or full nudity, expletive language, and/or items that may imply drug use. -No space is guaranteed. As we are limited on space, we try our best to choose vendors based on: how different they are from our current resident vendors, how on theme for the event they are, and the quality and uniqueness of their items. Additionally, we do our best to rotate vendors at our markets to ensure customers get a fun, new experience each time.
