Rilee is a tattoo artist and Shrek enthusiast, originally from southern California who relocated to Norfolk while in the Navy. She has always been submerged in tattoo culture after growing up watching her father, a tattooer of over 20 years. It has truly become a passion of her own.

She enjoys tattooing in both black & grey and color, and working in different styles ranging from American traditional to full-color florals. Rilee has a diverse skill set and makes magic with every tattoo she does.
