Rilee is a tattoo artist and Shrek enthusiast, originally from southern California and relocated to Norfolk while in the Navy. She has always been submerged in tattoo culture after growing up watching her father tattooing. It has truly become a passion of her own.

She enjoys tattooing in both black & grey and color, and working in different styles ranging from American traditional to full-color florals.
